Membership with CASSA is open to anyone that wishes to join. You can buy your membership in either semester at any time.
Note: the 1 year membership runs from the semester bought to the same semester the following year; ie, if you pay in Semester 1 2011, it will last until the beginning of Semester 1 2012, at which point you will need to renew your membership.
